Adobe Illustrator is capable of
creating basic flash content as well as output slices for a
website. There are certain things to keep in mind when creating
flash content out of Illustrator.
It does not support any scripting capabilities, It is not able to create some types of motion content. Illustrator is able to create content by using layer sequences and animating blends.
